El Socorro’s Church belfry shows its new lights to the public

M.G.D. After an investment of 85,000 €, the Town Hall in Palma has for the first time switched on the lights placed at the bell tower of El Socorro Church, who had no exterior illumination whatsoever for decorative purposes. The Town Hall chose the diodes LED tech, that enables a smooth light level that also respects the original stone colors. The Linear projectors used have a low heat dissipation for they run with little power. At its opening inauguration assisted among others the rector of El Socorro Church and the head manager of the Town Hall’s Infrastructure Office.
